Job Summary

Perform cleaning and food service tasks to maintain hygiene and safety standards in client activity areas, supporting infection control and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect furniture, handrails, door handles, and high-touch surfaces daily to reduce contamination risks
• Maintain cleanliness of toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and other hygiene areas to ensure a safe environment
• Dispose of waste safely and responsibly following established protocols
• Prepare and serve food according to food safety standards
• Wash utensils, cutleries, and kitchenware to maintain hygiene
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain inventory to support uninterrupted operations
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines to protect clients and staff
• Perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks assigned by management promptly and thoroughly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual work habits
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
• Positive attitude and patience to interact respectfully with clients and staff
