ESD Manager/ Senior Engineer

Driven by Singapore Sustainability Roadmap and the global demand in sustainability, our team is expanding, and we are looking for candidates who expressed interest in the built environment to provide advisory to stakeholders and lead project team to attain their sustainable goals and visions.
Lead and manage Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) consultancy projects in Singapore, overseeing Green Mark certification delivery from design to post-TOP verification, while ensuring project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. You will be working with a young and dynamic team and look forward to a learning curve which will polish your project management skill and understanding of Green/ Sustainability Certification and standard.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Green Mark projects from post-design assessment stage: TOP to final certification (Green Mark Stage 1 and stage 2 verifications)
- Ensure projects achieve targeted Green Mark ratings within timeline
- Oversee post-assessment phase and ensure closure of all outstanding credits
- Energy review, optimisation and verification (ACMV knowledge)
- Act as main point-of-contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and BCA. Maintain good relations across different stakeholders (i.e M&E, Architect etc)
- Lead coordination for TOP readiness and Green Mark verification inspections
- Review and approve Green Mark submissions, ES reports, and technical documentation
- Provide strategic sustainability and design advice to achieve certification targets
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team resources across multiple projects
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with sustainability design intent
Requirements:
- Post-diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Project/ Facility Management or related field.
- Professional certification such as GMAP/ GMAAP
- At least 5 years of working experience in green building consulting
- In-depth knowledge of green building certifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
