HR Manager

Responsible for human resources management in Singapore and other Asia-Pacific regions. Implement the company’s unified HR policies, regulations and management standards, and drive local rollout in light of regional business conditions and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional organizational and workforce planning
• Manage recruitment, talent staffing and talent review for key positions
• Drive the operation of performance, incentive and talent development mechanisms
• Establish and optimize regional HR policies, workflows and operation systems
• Take charge of local employment compliance, employee relations and associated risk management
• Coordinate professional resources including corporate HRBP, COE, SSC, Administration, Legal and Finance teams
• Extend support to other Asia-Pacific countries progressively alongside business expansion.
  

Requirements

• Working background in multinational corporations, overseas branches of Chinese enterprises or regional organizations.
• Comprehensive cross-module management experience covering organizational planning, recruitment & staffing, performance & incentive management, employee relations and HR operations.
• Sound knowledge of local employment regulations and employee relations practices in Singapore.
• Experience building overseas organizational, HR or administrative systems from scratch
• Possess valid and stable legal work authorization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Enterprise Management and other related disciplines are preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional HR working experience, with work experience in Singapore or other Asia-Pacific regions.
