Responsibilities

• Manage daily material request, fabrication schedule, prepare paperwork and coordinate with respective department to ensure smooth fabrication
• Handle incoming calls and emails for Aircon servicing request, arrange manpower to attend the complain & prepare report for quotation perusal
• Prepare and distribute necessary documents for internal teams, building management, and clients to facilitate project progress
• Schedule daily work assignments and arrange transportation for project team workers to optimize resource deployment
• Oversee maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles to ensure operational readiness
• Oversee proper documentation for store on material receiving & delivery
• Assist in organizing and executing ad hoc projects or exhibitions as required to support company initiative

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or relevant practical experience.
• Experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage several priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and good follow-up skills.
• Experience in M&E, ACMV, or construction is an advantage.
