Job Summary

Support sales operations by managing inquiries and orders, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and enhancing sales productivity through customer engagement and up-to-date sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, or email to ensure timely and accurate handling
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service orders and deliveries, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Work with sales, marketing, and delivery departments to streamline communication and resolve queries promptly
• Contact customers to schedule appointments and maintain current sales materials to support sales effectiveness and productivity
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines consistently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales operations
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and provide leadership within a collaborative environment
• Proficient computer skills combined with strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9 AM to 6 PM
