About the Role
We’re looking for a cheerful and dependable Customer Service Officer to join our tuition centre's front-desk team. As the first point of contact for our students and parents, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, calls, and enquiries
- Assist with student registration, class scheduling, payment processing, and other administrative tasks
- Explain our tuition programs clearly and confidently to parents and prospects
- Follow up with parents on attendance, payments, and student matters when needed
- Work closely with teammates to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for students and parents
- Provide a positive and cheerful customer experience in line with our service values
- Occasionally assist at other centre locations when required
Working Hours
You will be working a fixed 5-day schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Off days are fixed on one Monday and Saturday
Locations: Yishun
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel between centres occasionally when necessary
- Must be able to commit to the stated fixed working hours
