HR cm Admin (Part Time)- Construction

-Handle of Work Pass Process. (Application, Issue, Cancellation & Renewal)
-Onboarding of offboarding of Foreigner Worker.
-Monitoring of WP quota and availability
-Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
-Preparation of Letter of Offer and Employment Contracts
-Coordination of onboarding process (including bonds and documentation)
-Application and coordination of required courses (e.g. CSOC, BCSS, etc.)
-Tracking of worker certifications and expiry dates
-Monthly payroll processing (infotech)
-Leave tracking and management
-Another administrative task if required

3 days per week (2 day work from home)
Location: Pioneer
Salary: $1600-$2000
