Join our team as a key specialist in automated manufacturing, driving technology enhancements to optimize production processes. Collaborate globally to innovate and implement cutting-edge automation solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead project initiatives by collaborating with teams across various regions to establish best practices and global standards.
Prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports in coordination with different corporate functions.
Spearhead discussions for automation roadmap innovation while benchmarking new OT automation technologies.
Manage activities related to operational technology (OT) and automation, ensuring efficient execution in collaboration with operating units.
Establish relationships with local and regional vendors to facilitate implementation processes.
Define required infrastructure and network architecture while ensuring the segregation between IT and OT networks.
Support integration and data communication across network layers, adhering to cybersecurity protocols.
Explore and implement innovative methods for system automation.
Design and test automation systems and processes.
Define the specifications for wireless OT networks and necessary communication protocols.
Engage with process historians for communication and data collection, enabling deeper analysis.
Address projects related to industrial control systems (ICS) and Industry 4.0 enhancements.
Collaborate effectively with industrial and IT teams to develop scalable and secure solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science, or over 10 years of relevant Automation Controls experience.
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
At least 5 years of project management experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in automation.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing projects in accelerated environments while working collaboratively with teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
