Project Manager - Digital Maintenance

Brief Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development of digital maintenance software solutions, focusing on enhancing and automating maintenance processes through innovative technology. This role involves leading agile teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing cutting-edge maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated agile team in the planning, development, and monitoring of digital maintenance applications and solutions.

• Collaborate with global teams to understand customer needs, software practices, and maintenance business use cases.

• Develop technology roadmaps and digital applications focused on predictive maintenance solutions and related software.

• Act as Scrum Product Owner overseeing the design and deployment of software applications based on user requirements.

• Manage Scrum teams to foster agile processes and continuous improvement in software development activities.

• Research and integrate emerging technologies and AI solutions applicable to maintenance scenarios.

• Serve as a technical reference and mentor, guiding junior engineers through hands-on support and technical discussions.

• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for various corporate functional areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent field.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience with a focus on software application deployment, including at least 8 years in engineering and project management.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience with AI solution implementation and proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
