IT Support & Systems Executive

Job Details

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support & Systems Executive to manage and support the Company's IT operations for both office and project sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to office and site employees.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, email, printers and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers, network equipment and other IT devices.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, device setup and IT asset inventory.
• Support servers, NAS, backup systems and office network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, routers, switches, servers and NAS.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.
• Assist with cybersecurity, software deployment, system upgrades and IT projects.
• Support AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT and assist in digitalization initiatives.
• Liaise with external IT vendors, software providers and service providers.
• Implement and configure new IT systems, software and hardware according to company requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve and digitalize company work processes.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and networking.
• Experience with server/NAS, CCTV and backup systems will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills and able to support non-technical users.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
