Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assess the Higher Appointment process for Financial Representatives.
• Manage the Field Force Evaluation reviews for Financial Representatives.
• Coordinate the appeals process and prepare consolidated appeals for management review.
• Review and validate payments for rewards and recognition, sales incentives, and recruitment allowances, including payout preparation.
• Supervise the performance management processes and related guidelines.
• Facilitate communication with Financial Representatives and respond to their inquiries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity with accountability and a positive collaborative attitude.
• Initiative for continuous improvement and adaptability to new changes.
