Associate, Settlement (Financial Industry, Equities/OTC, $5.2k) (ID: 709512)

Responsibilities:

• Process settlements for local and foreign equities as well as OTC products.
• Verify and reconcile dealing tickets along with incoming trade confirmations.
• Resolve unmatched trade positions and address settlement failures.
• Liaise with institutional clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers regarding trade settlement issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, and exception handling.
• Send trade confirmations to institutional clients promptly after trades are executed.
• Take ownership of assigned markets and respond urgently to transaction needs.
• Proactively identify gaps and enhance operational workflows.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Holder.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, preferably within stockbroking firms, custodians, or banks.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
