MARKETING EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – RETAIL MALL

Our client is an established real estate investor and property manager seeking creative and commercially minded marketing professionals to drive shopper engagement, footfall and tenant participation.

The final appointment level will be determined according to the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated mall marketing campaigns, festive promotions, events and shopper-engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative materials, advertising placements and on-ground execution.

• Develop content for digital platforms, social media, customer communications and mall publicity materials.

• Engage tenants to secure participation in mall campaigns, promotions and collaborative marketing activities.

• Liaise with creative agencies, event organisers, media partners, vendors and other external stakeholders.

• Support loyalty, CRM and customer-acquisition initiatives to strengthen shopper engagement.

• Manage campaign budgets, quotations, purchase requests, invoices and vendor documentation.

• Monitor campaign performance using indicators such as footfall, participation, engagement, redemption and sales results.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and new engagement opportunities.

• Work with the Operations and Facilities teams to ensure events and activations are executed safely and smoothly.

• Senior-level candidates may independently lead major campaigns, manage agency relationships and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

• Two to five years of experience in retail, shopping mall, lifestyle, events or consumer marketing.

• Experience managing integrated campaigns, events, digital content or tenant partnerships is advantageous.

• Creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong project-management, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willing to provide support during events held on weekends or outside regular working hours.
