About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Fuels Pricing organization during a transition period through 31 March 2027.
The role will provide a mix of business operations, pricing support, data analysis, reporting and digital/process improvement. Depending on business priorities and your experience, you may support pricing processes, country operations, reporting and analytics, data validation, process documentation and transition activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide business, operational, analytical and digital support to the Fuels Pricing organization during the transition period.
Support pricing processes and country pricing teams, including pricing workflows, price setting/notification activities and day-to-day pricing operations.
Perform reporting, data analysis, validation and reconciliation to support accurate pricing insights and management reporting.
Maintain and enhance Power BI and Excel-based reporting solutions, including underlying data sources, automations and integrations.
Support SAP and other system-related pricing activities, operational controls and issue follow-up.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and other operational materials.
Support transition readiness and business continuity activities to ensure smooth handover and ongoing pricing operations.
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reporting reliability and operational controls.
Work closely with regional and country stakeholders to resolve issues and support business-critical pricing activities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Experience in pricing, commercial operations, business analysis, reporting, data analytics or operational process support.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly learn new business systems, tools and pricing processes.
Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, Databricks
Power Automate, PowerFX, DAX, Power Query or Excel Macros
SAP or other pricing / commercial systems
