About this job
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
- On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
- Feasibility studies of client requests.
- Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
- Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
- Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow-up on bills and quantities.
- To evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly/Quarterly for material and labor costs.
- To attend site showground for those tenders that we are interested in.
- To reply to tender clarification, preparation for tender interview, and presentation.
- Able to communicate with BCA or other Departments in dealing with certificates and licensing.
- Able to do any other ad-hoc duties.
