Maintenance Executive (Driver)

POSITION SUMMARY

Working under the supervision of the Office Manager cum PA, the incumbent will be required to chauffeur the executive directors and family members and responsible for the upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles, home, and office premises.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Chauffeuring Company Directors and family members.

· Facilitate airport pick-ups for VIP visitors, corporate guests and transportation during official visits.

· Upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles regularly.

· Assist in the Office & family daily administration.

· Liaise with contractors/vendors on home and office maintenance.

· Compliance to the Workplace Safety, Health & Security policy.

· Report any incident, accident, near miss, occupational disease, dangerous occurrence, or suspicious risks associated with the threat of terrorism.

· Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess valid Class 3 driving license (Company vehicle will be provided)

· Good driving skills with minimum 5 years’ experience

· Professional, punctual, discreet and appropriately groomed.

· Clean driving record and very familiar with Singapore roads

· Willingness and ability to perform hands-on 'handyman' tasks.

· Able to work outside normal working hours, including selected weekends and public holidays, when operationally required.

· Must have reliable personal transportation to report to and depart from the Director’s residence, due to limited public transport accessibility.

· A company vehicle will be provided for authorized work-related duties during working hours.

· The company vehicle must be returned to and parked at the Director’s residence after use.
