New Life Community Services is a not-for-profit social service agency that seeks to bring hope and purpose to children, youths and seniors so that they go on to create positive impact in their community and society.
We are looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Brand & Creative to strengthen the brand presence and creative communications of New Life Education Services, which comprises New Life Preschool, New Life Student Care, and New Life Early Intervention Service.
Working closely with the Head of Business Development and internal stakeholders, you will develop brand campaigns, creative content, communications, and customer experiences that build awareness, engagement, enrolment, and trust among families and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent and effective brand representation across Preschool, Student Care, and Early Intervention services, while adapting communications to the unique needs and audiences of each service area.
Creative, Campaigns & Content
- Develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, marketing communications, and brand stories across digital and offline channels.
- Create engaging visual and written content for social media, websites, publications, enrolment campaigns, events, and other platforms.
- Work with internal teams to identify meaningful stories and translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
Events & Customer Experience
- Support creative development for centre activities, open houses, events, outreach programmes, and community partnerships.
- Oversee visual branding across centres and customer touchpoints, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.
- Ensure a consistent, welcoming brand experience across centres and customer touchpoints.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development to align creative work with business, enrolment, outreach, and partnership priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver creative materials to a high standard and within timelines.
- Manage brand assets, templates, artwork, and creative resources to support consistent execution.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and a range of creative and digital design tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders where required.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branding, creative design, visual communications, marketing, or marketing communications.
- Experience in brand management, integrated campaigns, digital content, environmental branding, events, or experiential marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience in education, early childhood, family services, or community-focused organisations is an advantage.
