Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and coordination support for youth development and mental well-being initiatives. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support programme operations, track progress, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure smooth implementation of various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Youth Development Initiatives
- Provide administrative support for initiatives that help youths become more independent and build stronger communities.
- Review materials and coordinate inputs, requests, and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain trackers and records, consolidate information, and support project coordination efforts.
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely responses from stakeholders.
Mental Well-being Programmes
- Support the administration, marketing, and integration of programmes on digital platforms.
- Track partnership progress and maintain programme-related documentation and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support programme implementation and outreach efforts.
Administrative and Secretariat Support
- Monitor and coordinate responses for a shared mailbox.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and operational trackers.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the team.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other related administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience or skills in event organisation, marketing, project coordination, or project management will be an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Contract Details
- Initial contract period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year, subject to performance and operational requirements.
- Contract Period: September 2026 to September 2027.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
