Senior Dealer Development Manager, SEA

Job Purpose

As the Senior Dealer Development Manager, Southeast Asia, you will drive sales growth and dealer development strategies across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with Haworth's dealers and distribution partners to strengthen sales capabilities, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent delivery of Haworth's brand, products, and solutions throughout the region.

A glimpse of your daily mission

· Prepare annual budgets, sales plans, forecasts, and management reports to support business objectives.

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market growth objectives.

· Strengthening Haworth's brand awareness and market presence in assigned territories in alignment with global brand standards.

· Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and capability development to dealer partners across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

· Collaborate with dealer partners throughout the sales cycle to improve opportunity conversion, solution quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Review and support dealer tender submissions to ensure compliance with Haworth's commercial, pricing, and quality standards.

· Facilitate access to Haworth's regional and global resources to support dealer marketing, technical, and customer requirements.

· Monitor sales pipeline performance and dealer opportunity management to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on key projects.

· Support the onboarding, development, and performance improvement of dealer partners, particularly in emerging Southeast Asian markets.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Proven experience managing complex B2B sales opportunities, dealer networks, or large-scale commercial projects within a multinational or matrix business environment.

· At least 5 years of experience in the office furniture, interior solutions, workplace design, building products, or related B2B industry, with exposure to sales, dealer management, marketing, or project management.

· Proficient in CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools, with the ability to leverage data for opportunity management and business planning.

· Data orientation: Ability to use sales data and analytics to coach dealer performance and support strategic decision-making.

· Willingness and ability to travel within Southeast Asia as required to support dealer development and business growth initiatives.
