Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders from international customers.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone to address product enquiries, provide order updates, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery.
• Work closely with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure sales information is updated in the system.
• Support the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Coordinator with customer follow-ups, sales reporting, and general administrative duties.
• Track order progress proactively and resolve any order or delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers by providing professional and responsive service.
