Physiotherapist

We’re home to Singapore’s only community-based Phase 3/4 cardiac rehab programme, and we’re looking for a physiotherapist who’s passionate about helping people move beyond hospital-based recovery into real, lasting wellness.

At the Singapore Heart Foundation, you’ll join a team committed to giving patients a second chance at living well. Our Heart Wellness Programme supports individuals recovering from or at risk of heart disease through progressive exercise, education, and lifestyle interventions, grounded in the latest science and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structured cardiac rehab classes designed to improve strength, stamina, confidence, and exercise self-efficacy.
• Support clients in the transition from clinical recovery to functional independence in daily life.
• Contribute to team onboarding, service improvement initiatives, and the daily operations of the programme.
• Participate in health talks and community outreach, helping extend our mission into the wider public.

What We’re Looking For

• Full AHPC Registration (required)
• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with a rotation in at least one core domain (musculoskeletal, neuro, cardiopulmonary)
• Background in Phase II cardiac rehab or clinical exercise is a plus
• A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a good attitude of learning and improvement
