Job Responsibilities:
Based at the APAC Headquarters in Singapore, the role works closely with cross-functional regional teams, global, and local marketing teams across 20 markets.

• Develop and execute APAC digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead regional marketing automation and social media, including Salesforce Pardot and Sprinklr.
• Manage performance marketing and paid media, including audience targeting, lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing tools and develop best practices through training and knowledge sharing.
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance, develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support regional internal communications, newsletters and digital content.
• Coordinate digital and technical support for Townhalls, webinars, hybrid and virtual events.
• Partner with regional and local teams to ensure consistent customer journeys, strengthen engagement and amplify key campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in regional or B2B marketing.
• Experience managing multi-channel and multi-market digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and social media platforms, ideally Salesforce Pardot and Sprinklr.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, lead generation and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing and productivity.
• Experience with webinars, virtual/hybrid events or digital/media agencies is advantageous.
