We are seeking an experienced Accounts cum HR Manager to join Ocean Rich Group Pte Ltd on a full-time basis at our Toh Guan West Region location. This is a pivotal role that bridges financial management and human resources, requiring a professional who can effectively manage both accounting operations and employee relations. You will play a key strategic role in ensuring the organisation's financial health whilst fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining robust HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliation, GST Filing and month-end closing procedures
Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports and budgets to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities as required
Support cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Human Resource Management
Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration and statutory compliance
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives
Handle employee performance management, training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate financial and HR records and documentation
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA or equivalent is highly desirable
Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and financial reporting within a similar role
Proven experience in HR management, employee relations and recruitment
Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations and employment laws
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial and personnel matters
