Job Summary

As the Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing dentsu APAC’s Japanese brand clients across their marketing activities and sports marketing initiatives throughout APAC. The role will also serve as a key connector across dentsu APAC, dentsu market teams within APAC, Dentsu Sports Asia (DSA), Dentsu Sports & Entertainment (DS&E), dentsu Sports Tokyo, and Dentsu Sports International (DSI), facilitating effective collaboration and coordination to support client servicing, business development, and operational activities.

Existing Business and Projects

• Coordinates all client development activities from aproject management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence andefficiency of such activities

• Develops, implements and manages project plans, with theability to create detailed work break-down structures. Ensures that properforecasting is being done for all projects on assigned accounts. Sets up andruns all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process

• Establish and expand relationships with key clientcontacts becoming their go-to contact for project execution

• Prepares and circulates periodic Client Development statusreports

• Project manages all client development initiatives,including orchestrating teams to ensure delivery of project milestones,managing project timelines and budgets across all workstreams, updating keystakeholders on status, risks and assessments, etc.

• Support day-to-day commercial activities, including salessupport for Japanese brand clients exploring sports sponsorship and partnershipopportunities, alongside broader multi-market client initiatives.

• Prepare and adapt materials, including bilingual(Japanese–English) pitch decks, proposals, and reports.

• Conduct market, industry research, and rights-holderresearch to support client pitches and strategic discussions.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups acrossregions and time zones.

• Support contract documentation, approvals, internalprocesses, reporting and post-campaign summaries.

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensureeffective commercial delivery.

Incremental business – Pitch support

• Provides project management, directional and strategicoversight to pitch/resource teams, while executing against tight timelines

• Establishes relationships built on credibility, trust andservice-minded approach to solve problems

• Manages the RFP response process from kickoff tosubmission

• Creates, manages, enforces and publishes project plans,RACI’s and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs and presentations toprospective clients
