Quality Management System Executive - Pharm/ EAST #HHL

Up to $4500
Working hour: 5 days office hour

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage quality documents such as SOPs, work instructions, records, and reports
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Prepare Product Quality Review and Management Review reports
• Handle change controls, deviations, and CAPA follow-up
• Support and resolve quality issues during manufacturing
• Manage customer complaints, product recalls, returns, and counterfeit cases
• Review packaging artwork and technical drawings
• Support equipment testing, validation, and qualification activities
• Monitor product stability studies
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability practices
• Assist with other duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

• Min. Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or medical devices industries
• knowledge of EQMS (a digital software solution).
• Strong knowledge of QMS (e.g. ISO 9001,cGMP) with hands-on experience in documentation control and implementation.
• Proven expertise in QA processes, including investigations, change control, CAPA management, audits, and process validation.
