Social Worker | Early Childhood Intervention

Job Description :

• Conduct timely assessments and develop support plans aligned with professional standards.
• Interview families, provide counselling, and equip caregivers with guidance and resources.
• Organise and manage intervention services to support children’s developmental progress and family well-being.
• Recommend and implement appropriate intervention strategies for each child and family.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support.
• Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing training.

Job Requirement :

• Min Degree in Social Work
• Min 2 years experience working with families and children preferred
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English or other languages
