Looking for a lively customer-facing role with a fun working environment? We’re hiring Service Crew to join an entertainment & lifestyle outlet in the East!

📍 Location: Pasir Ris / Downtown East
🚇 Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris MRT

💰 Salary Package

• Entry Level: $2,100 – $2,300 gross/month
• With relevant experience: $2,200 – $2,500 gross/month
• Senior Service Crew: Up to $3,000 gross/month
• 🌙 Night Shift Allowance: Up to $400/month, depending on shifts worked

🕒 Working Hours

• 44 hours per week
• Minimum 4 hours OT per week under standard scheduling
• Rotating shifts may include weekends and Public Holidays

Day / Mid Shifts

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Night Shifts

• 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

🎯 Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, courteous and professional customer service
• Attend to phone reservations and customer enquiries
• Welcome guests and usher them to allocated rooms
• Take food & beverage orders and serve customers
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Conduct basic microphone and karaoke system checks
• Assist customers with simple technical issues when required
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of the outlet
• Handle and serve alcoholic beverages as part of operational duties

✅ Requirements

• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Able to work rotating shifts, including late-night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Comfortable handling and serving alcoholic beverages
• Candidates with customer service, F&B, hospitality or retail experience are welcome
• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn may also be considered
• Candidates who can commute reliably to Pasir Ris / Downtown East, particularly for late-night shifts, are encouraged to apply
