PERFORMANCE ARTIST MANAGER

The Performing Artiste acts, dances, sings and sometimes play musical instruments as part of their performances. He/She expresses emotions and presents ideas through body language, spoken language, facial expressions and actions. He/She also uses props in his/her act to express a concept more explicitly. He/She usually performs on stage in front of live audiences, or through camera for recorded programs. Types of performances performed by the Performing Artist include theatre play, musical, traditional dances and cultural acts or dances.

Tasks

Attend auditions or castings for a role in a play or performance.

Deliver performance smoothly and perfectly.

Participate in publicity events to promote production.

Rehearse with other actors and the producer to familiarise with the act.

Understand storyline and role of production from the producer and scriptwriter.

Work on comments and feedback given by the director, producer and other actors.
