Senior | Quantity Surveyor ( LTA _ MRT Projects )

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Control Manager, and Cost Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order, and Purchase Order
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
• Liaise with the construction/design team to prepare the document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with A1 Main Contractor in Singapore
• Solid experience with LTA | MRT projects
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or a Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Must be in Singapore to attend a face-to-face interview
