Warehouse Officer (Tuas)
- Working Location: Tuas Avenue
- Working Day & Hours: Mon – Fri: 08:30am to 5:30pm, Alt Sat: 08:30am to 12:30pm
- Salary Range: $2300 - $2800
Job Description:
- Manage and process the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing orders from customers. (Includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records)
- Coordinate between admin and operation staff. (Includes leading a team of warehouse assistants for warehouse operations)
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Job Recruitment:
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
