Accounts Executive (Audit) | Up to $4,500 - JL99

Position Title: Account Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

• Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

• Location: Pandan Road (near Clementi MRT)

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Depends on experience)

Company Transport will be provided when candidate choose 8:00am-5:00pm working hours.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting

• Oversee and review AP functions including journal

• Inter-company transaction and balances

• Stock issues and related adjustments

• Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in accounting

• At least 2 years relevant experience

• Audit background
