Lease Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations and critical lease dates
• Review leasing proposals, contracts and lease agreements
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, brokers and legal advisors on transactions
• Maintain accurate lease records, databases and portfolio reports
• Monitor rental payments, arrears, security deposits and property-related costs
• Support property tax, valuation, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with divestment, leasing and portfolio optimization initiatives
• Prepare management reports, portfolio updates and performance analysis
• Conduct data verification, reconciliation and portfolio audits
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and risk requirements

Requirements

• Experience in lease administration, property management, real estate or transaction management preferred
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with databases/systems
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
