Event & Partnership Manager – Leila Singapore

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers for Leila.
• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, event planners, agencies and existing networks.
• Handle the full sales cycle from enquiry, proposal and negotiation to closing and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with corporate and individual customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, packages and customised arrangements based on client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant and operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
• Meet agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales pipeline, confirmed bookings and client follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant F&B, hospitality or event sales experience.
• Proven track record in closing event or corporate deals.
• Strong network in corporate events, private functions or hospitality is an advantage.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant/event environment.

44 hour/week with Flexi work hour arrangement
