Full-Time Sales Assistant

📍 Island-wide locations

⏰Working Hours & Salary:
• 8.30am-6.30pm/ 9am-7pm/ 11am-10pm/ 12pm-10.30pm
• Rotating shifts; No fix morning shifts
• 5-6 working days
• Gross salary up to $3,200/month

🍞Job Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are attended to promptly.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions, including giving change, processing card payments and issuing receipts.
• Assist with the packaging and handling of bread and cake products.
• Arrange, display and replenish bread and cake products on display counters.
• Maintain clean, neat and attractive shelves, displays and counters.
• Adhere to food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Wash and clean trays, utensils and other shop equipment at all times.
• Slice bread using gloves.
• Assist with general shop housekeeping and daily outlet operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

✅Job Requirements:
• Prior retail, bakery or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
