Senior Analyst (Business Process)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Business Process for one of our global logistics clients. This person is responsible for documenting, designing and implementing business continuity processes across the organization. The ideal candidate should process a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply process-mapping techniques, including flowcharts, to document, structure and clearly communicate current-state business processes.
• Evaluate existing business processes and non-technical data-backup arrangements to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Trade and Fleet Management, to gather requirements, validate findings and secure support for proposed improvements.
• Support the rollout of revised or new processes by contributing to change-management activities, implementation planning, communications and employee training.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management or Business Process Consulting is preferred; experience in Cybersecurity or Business Continuity Planning (BCP) will be an advantage.
• A strong commitment to documenting, reviewing and accurately maintaining process maps and supporting documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate issues and determine their root causes.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities, plan work effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate productively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams at different levels of the organisation.
• Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and constructively challenge their perspectives when required.
• Proficiency in process-mapping tools, such as Miro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in using it to organise and analyse information.
