Payroll Executive (3 months/MEDICAL) - Central/up to $4k #HAO

Job Description:
Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.

Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.

Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll validation to ensure payroll accuracy.

Assist in statutory submissions, including CPF, IRAS and other regulatory requirements.

Respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports for Finance.

Support payroll testing, data validation and issue resolution arising from the HRMS/payroll system migration.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min relevant 2 yrs of payroll experience
