💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the online grocery fulfilment team to ensure timely & accurate order processing
- Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged & returned items
- Handle customer enquiries related to online orders
- Coach and lead the fulfilment team to achieve daily targets
- Plan manpower and ensure smooth daily operations
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years' experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, inventory or e-commerce fulfilment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & mobile applications
- Able to lift up to 20kg
⏰ Working Hours
- Rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
