About this job

JOB SCOPE

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing content across assigned customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate content calendars, campaign messages, creative assets and publishing requirements.
  • Adapt and prepare content for different digital channels, including SNS, eDM, Academy pages and other assigned platforms.
  • Support digital campaign execution for product launches, workshops, events and always-on marketing activities.
  • Monitor digital content performance, creator activity, UGC, competitor activity and relevant market trends.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, content records, reporting summaries and digital references.
  • Support new and emerging digital initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Handle administrative tasks, request raising, bookings and documentation related to own content and digital scope.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content & Digital Communications

  • Support content planning, message adaptation and content coordination across assigned digital touchpoints.
  • Prepare and coordinate content for SNS, eDM, Academy pages, campaign pages and other digital channels where required.
  • Work with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure content assets are accurate, on-brand and ready for use.
  • Ensure approved content is published, updated or scheduled accurately and on time.

2. Digital Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of digital campaigns for product launches, workshops, events, promotions and always-on marketing activities.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, creative assets, timelines and publishing needs.
  • Support execution of digital activities such as social media contests and UGC campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign content is adapted appropriately for different customer touchpoints.
  • Support updates to customer-facing digital content where required, including Academy-related promotional pages.

3. Content Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor UGC, creator activity, campaign mentions, competitor content and relevant digital trends.
  • Maintain structured records, screenshots, folders and reference examples for reporting and content planning.
  • Compile regular digital content updates, performance observations and key learnings for review.
  • Highlight content opportunities, recurring customer interests or areas for improvement.

4. Emerging Digital Initiatives

  • Support new or evolving digital marketing initiatives as business needs develop.
  • Assist with content formats, platform testing, customer engagement flows and digital campaign support.
  • Support future digital touchpoints where content, customer journey or campaign communication is required.

5. Administrative Ownership of Own Scope

  • Handle request submissions, bookings, follow-ups and documentation related to assigned content or digital work.
  • Maintain proper filing, trackers and records for assigned activities.
  • Ensure routine follow-ups tied to own scope are completed on time.
  • Escalate issues, missing information or approval delays to the reporting manager where required.

6. Any Other Duties

  • Any other duties as assigned by management within reason.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content coordination, campaign execution, social media or marketing operations preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with learning agility and execution discipline are welcomed.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of digital content workflows and customer-facing communication.
  • Strong coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.
  • Able to adapt content across different platforms and formats.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership of execution and documentation.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, assets and stakeholders.
  • Able to support evolving digital initiatives as business needs develop.
  • Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners.

Software / Tools

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Canva or equivalent basic image editing tools
  • CapCut or equivalent basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with social media publishing or reporting tools preferred
  • Basic CMS / website content updating experience preferred
