Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Diploma Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong supply chain knowledge and customer service skills
• Understanding of financial metrics such as EBIT and working capital

Job Scope Highlights:

• Ensure smooth onsite operations (e.g., tool crib and vending machine management, non-conformance resolution, etc.)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, RFQs, and issues
• Forecast customer demand and communicate internal needs
• Propose and manage commercial programs such as cost savings initiatives
• Represent company in regular meetings with the customer
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service
