0731 - Electrical Engineer (Construction / SS 638)

Role:
Electrical Engineer (Singapore Electrical Standard SS 638)

• Singapore Based (Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office))

• Office at Lavendar / Jalan Besar MRT

• 5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances))

• Junior: $4000 to $4500, Senior: $4500 to $6000

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. + At least 3-5 years relevant experience.

• Familiar with Singapore electrical standards of practice for Electrical installation SS 638, codes and PUB requirements.

• Experience in the construction industry and Building Management System (BMS) projects is preferred.

• Able to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

Job scopes

1) Coordinate and supervise electrical works for retrofitting, A&A, infrastructure, industrial, water treatment, or wastewater treatment projects.

2) Interpret and review electrical drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards..

3) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.

4) Monitor and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, and ELV systems.
