BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare structural calculations, design drawings, BIM models, and technical reports for civil and structural engineering projects.

* Assist in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of building and infrastructure projects.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements are met.

* Review and check engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

* Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.

* Assist in authority submissions and obtain the necessary approvals.

* Resolve technical and construction-related issues during project execution.

* Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore codes, regulations, and industry standards.

* Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects.

* Familiarity with Singapore codes, regulations, and engineering practices will be an advantage.

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.

* Knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent will be an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in building, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

* Knowledge of authority submissions and project coordination.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

* Demonstrated commitment, reliability, and sustained contributions in previous employment.
