Strategic Planning

• Drive strategies for sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Set priorities and adapt to market and technology changes.

Leadership

• Lead and develop the management team.
• Empower managers and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead regional initiatives as required.

Customer& Market Growth

• Drive customer value, market share, and new business growth.
• Strengthen key client and partner relationships.

Operations

• Oversee P&L, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Improve processes and mitigate business risks.

People Management

• Manage compensation and career progression.
• Develop talent and maintain employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise software, IT, business analytics, or technology.
• Strong team leadership and people development skills.
• Good business acumen and technology/service delivery experience.
• Client-focused with a strong value-add mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with partners and regional teams.
