Telemarketer (Temp)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to charities and non-profit organisations to promote the Financial Stewardship for Charities programme.

• Introduce the programme to charity leaders, board members, and relevant stakeholders.

• Explain the programme structure, learning outcomes, eligibility criteria, and available funding support.

• Follow up with organisations that have received previous communications or expressed interest in the programme.

• Respond to basic enquiries and guide prospective participants through the registration process.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments and achieve assigned enrolment targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolment outcomes in the designated tracking system.

• Prepare progress updates and provide administrative support related to outreach activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support programme promotion and enrolment initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Candidates with experience engaging charities, non-profit organisations, or corporate clients will have an added advantage.
