About this job
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of work.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors regarding operational matters.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, permits, reports, and other operational documents.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational databases.
- Schedule and coordinate manpower, equipment, vehicles, and other resources as required.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to Management.
- Assist in the application, renewal, and administration of licenses, permits, passes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department on billing, payment follow-ups, and document submissions.
- Attend to telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support to other departments as required.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM every Monday to Friday
- ***Pre-requisite: Able to speak at least basic Mandarin Chinese due to the nature of the role and business operations.
