TRAFFIC CONTROLLER | PASIR PANJANG | UP TO $3500/MONTH | FFL

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 5.30pm

Salary: $3000 to $3500 (Depending on experience)

Job Description:
- Manage and update transportation jobs, driver assignments, and trip records in
the system.
- Plan, schedule, dispatch, and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely
deliveries and maximize fleet utilization
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, operations, sales, and logistics partners to
ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor fleet performance and analyze reports to improve operational efficiency,
asset utilization, and driver productivity.
- Handle PSA Portnet documentation and container tracking in accordance with
established regulatory procedures
- Ensure drivers are informed of customer requirements and support direct
loading and delivery operations.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), MOM regulations,
and company safety standards.
- Leveraged extensive knowledge of Singapore road networks to optimize transport
planning.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
