TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and lead the site technique team to deliver high-quality condominium and deep basement construction projects. Coordinate design matters with consultants and clients, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with standards and buildability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver project outcomes on time and with high quality
• Manage design program by coordinating interfaces, monitoring progress, and resolving conflicts in design packages
• Coordinate design-related matters with consultants and clients to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
• Resolve technical problems for the project team to maintain smooth project execution
• Develop and manage the shop drawing submission schedule, focusing on RC and Archi drawings, ensuring orderly submittals
• Compose technical proposals to support project requirements and solutions
• Ensure design solutions optimize compliance with construction standards, regulatory frameworks, contractual specifications, and buildability requirements
• Communicate the latest drawing content and requirements clearly to the construction team to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate actively in progress, technical, coordination, and site meetings to support project delivery
