Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

About the role

We are growing our ServiceNow practice to deliver a multi-year digitalisation programme for a Singapore public sector agency, implementing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) at enterprise scale. You will join a dedicated agile squad working across the full delivery lifecycle — from design and configuration through to go-live and ongoing support. As Business Analyst you work directly with business users, the Product Manager and the engineering team to make sure operational and functional requirements are properly understood, validated and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Engage business users to elicit, analyse and document business and operational requirements

• Work with the Product Manager to align requirements to the product roadmap and priorities

• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Partner with engineers to clarify requirements and pressure-test solution feasibility

• Support solution design reviews, user acceptance testing and business sign-off

• Make sure delivered solutions meet operational, regulatory and service requirements

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on digital or enterprise system projects

• Minimum 2 years working on ServiceNow or ITSM/FSM implementations

• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements facilitation skills

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently across multiple stakeholder groups and facilitating workshops
