Job Summary

Lead architectural project design, execution, and management while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget control
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize project performance and teamwork
• Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural designs and documentation
• Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and project proposals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
• Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD software for architectural design
• Proficiency in Photoshop for visual presentation
