Financial Telemarketer

Job Scope:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Follow up with potential clients and arrange appointments for the manager
• Provide basic information according to the provided script
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment schedules
• Update daily activity reports and provide feedback on call outcomes
• Assist with general telemarketing and customer engagement activities
• Work in a comfortable office environment with guidance and support provided

Requirements:

• Local Diploma, Full GCE ‘A’ Level, or above preferred
