Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the verification of detailed drawings to ensure correct dimensions, orientation, and alignment during project execution

• Supervise and direct sub-contractors and in-house workers to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards

• Collaborate with site operations staff to coordinate activities and meet project schedules effectively

• Monitor installation processes to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications

• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all safety requirements are consistently applied

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and report findings to management

• Plan and allocate manpower and resources strategically to optimize project delivery

• Prepare and submit Requests for Approval (RFA) and Requests for Information (RFI) with proper documentation, liaising with consultants for approvals and tracking

• Coordinate with suppliers and material providers to facilitate submissions and owner reviews

• Assist project management with data tracking and reporting on site work progress

• Attend project meetings, follow up on issues raised, and support resolution to maintain project momentum

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work throughout project phases

• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support project success

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field

• Four or more years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

• Experience in field management

• Proficient in AutoCAD and circuit design software to support project documentation and execution
